The Wollondilly Women in Business Network (WWIBN) established an official leadership structure in early 2019. The Executive are responsible for the management, development, governance and maintenance of policies and objectives that underpin our Network. Not to mention providing support, guidance and inspiration to the Network’s financial members. 

Executive members were nominated and elected for their personal integrity, work ethic, motivation, intelligence and generosity of spirit.  They are all dedicated volunteers while being successful Wollondilly business owners themselves. 

Your Executive are elected annually but are constantly looking for volunteers to help with the workload.  So anyone with experience, knowledge and a deep want to commit their spare time to volunteering, we have positions of interest available - social media, funding and grants, promotions and resources. Fern owns Your PA & More, Virtual Assistant and is your go-to-girl for anything required in small business. Fern is responsible for our newsletters, website management and all membership registrations and communications.

Brooke operates a family owned boutique real estate agency JSB Property Group, based in Wilton. As Secretary, she manages all general correspondence, media releases, meetings and general administrative duties of the Network.

Deb owns and operates Critterbits, Critter Sitter and Hydrobits in Pheasants Nest. She is very knowledgable and is your resident pet and country animal expert. As our Treasurer, Deb is in charge of all financial transactions and budgetary requirements.

Melissa owns CEO of One and Best Recruit and is an HR and job placement specialist. As our Training and Initiative Executive, she is responsible for facilitating the ‘Wollondilly Women Empowerment Project’. With assistance from other Executive members, she also investigates funding grants to help with all projects and initiatives.

Sheneli Dona

Youth Executive

Sheneli is the founder and President of the Dona Faith Alliance. She is a passionate human rights advocate and advisor to the United Nations on Women’s affairs. She brings a wealth of knowledge from the bigger stage and she resonated with WWIBN’s vision for the empowerment of women. Sheneli wants to dedicate her passion to engaging with the female youth of Wollondilly and will be working on the ‘Young Entrepreneurs’ program.
